![]() People had a lot to say about their simplicity and monotonous color, but I think they look very sleek and professional, and who doesn’t love pretty nude packaging. These are absolutely beautiful products, and if anyone is familiar with Kim Kardashian (which who isn’t these days) I believe that they greatly represent her style. So, without further ado, lets get on to the review. Surely, as with any Kardashian or Jenner signed product, these were highly sought after, and I was lucky enough to be able to purchase them when they released. To say I was beyond ecstatic to find out is an understatement, and what I loved even more is that she was coming out with contour and highlight sticks as we can all agree that she is the Queen of Contour. I think we all got the hint that Kim was planning on expanding her KKW line with Kylie Cosmetics, but none of us thought she would go ahead and start her own, or at least not so soon. Let’s get right into it and start with Kim Kardashian’s new beauty line, KKW Beauty! It’s been a hot minute, and there have been many releases since we’ve been gone, so there’s a lot of catching up to do. ![]() Next week, I’ll be posting my July Favorites and August Mood Board.Hey everyone! So glad to be back on here. Let me know if you know a better alternative for the contour sticks. They’re pretty good for the price.Ĭomment below if you’re going to splurge on the Kim Kardashian West Contour Stick or will you give the Hard Candy one a try. I really liked the Contour Stick the most, but also liked the Eyeshadow Palette. You know, those times when you want to save your high end products for another time. It isn’t amazing and can’t be compared to a high end product, BUT they do the job. The Look Pro Matte Eyeshadow Palette isn’t bad at all. If you’re looking for an affordable cool tone version of the KKW Beauty Contour Stick, this is the one for you. It’s pretty good with a very generous amount of product. I would highly recommend the Contour + Highlight Stick. Specially the browns and the reddish one on the third row. Second and third rows of the palette, are pretty pigmented and blendable. But if you’re a darker complexion, these definitely will work for you. I’m super fair and they won’t show up on my skin well. The lighter or highlighting shadows of the palette, are very light. There’s nothing groundbreaking about this palette, but if you’re on a budget, you can definitely give this palette heavy use. It’s just that they’re not the cool tone i was looking for. The cost is $7.00! Can you believe it? I’m telling you, everyone should get this! Thank me later! You can even get the 2 Wet N’ Wild contour sticks for less than $10.00! Trust me, those blend like a dream. Very generous is comparison to the KKW’s. I find that it works better with a brush. The contour side has the perfect tone i was looking for, while the highlight side is super light. The Contour Stick comes in light, medium and dark shade. Hard Candy Look Pro! Highlight & Contour Face Duo Stick Also, decided to pick up their Look Pro Matte Eyeshadow Palette. After rejecting it at first, I decided to give it a try. After almost giving up, my niece found the Highlight + Contour Stick by Hard Candy. I was looking for a cool tone and thinner version. Let me tell you, it was hard to find! All the drugstore contour sticks we found, were big and warm tone. I was looking for a drugstore alternative to the Kim Kardashian Contour Stick. But last week, I went to Walmart with my niece. For some reason, they have never appeal to me. ![]() Truth be told, I’ve never used any Hard Candy products before. Hi, everyone! As promised last week, here’s a quick review of the Hard Candy Highlight + Contour Stick and the Look Pro Matte Palette.
